I discovered a passion for strength training at the early age of 15. I remember spending countless hours hitting the iron out of our dark, dungeon looking school gym, I can tell ya...not a lot of legs were being trained.
As I grew in strength, size and confidence I soon realized the importance resistance training had on the human body and I began a journey of discovering the why behind the what.

What does this mean?
So many people have lost the ability to move! So often we are crammed up into an office/car or seated in compromised positions that are not healthy for our body. The result is demobilization, we lose the ability to move to the extent we should be able to. My first point of call is people by working mobilizingthough flexibility & mobility issues with the appropriate treatment.
Barbell, compound movements are NOT only for powerlifters and athletes BUT all people. The physiological benefits of strength training are extreme & I encourage all people from all areas of life to incorporate this style of training into their lives for an increase of health, performance, longevity & decrease of common injury.
The idea of fighting for your own growth has always resonated with me, YOU and you are alone are responsible for every aspect of your life. We all have the ability to grow stronger & we all have the same amount of time to do so. The gym is a place to learn the necessary skills that transfer to all areas of your life and make us stronger physically and mentally. I want to help you achieve your goals so YOU can WIN. I’ve dedicated many years to training, weight loss, muscle building & strength gains.
I am a certified Strength Coach, Personal Trainer and competitive powerlifter here in NZ. I'm also currently working towards my Diploma in Human Anatomy & Physiology.
I have competed with the IPF/GPC/IPL all here in New Zealand and hold multiple National Records in the GPC/IPL NZ. I was the first NZ man to squat 400KG Raw on NZ soil and I've also traveled and competed on the world stage in Las Vegas at the IPL Worlds 2017, I brought home the Gold medal for SHW, open.
