I've been coached by Brogan for about 6 months now and have had nothing but good experiences with solid improvements in strength across the board. His programs are a great combination of strength training, mobility, and technical analysis that lead to strength increases in a safe, scientific and individually tailored manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to get into, or improve their strength training.
Brogan Williams wrote a Deadlift and Back Squat program for Andfit CrossFit. We did these sessions for our strength work before WOD's. We also have other CrossFit gyms (about 35) around the world that follows our programming and that followed the program Brogan wrote as well. We had over 85% of members PR after the program. This was a huge success. Members that followed the program was both males and female ages from 20 all the way to over 50. I highly recommend following his coaching/programming if you are looking to improve at the movements or get way stronger at them.

Week 9 of my strength training with the coach and Now let me tell you, if you are serious about learning how to lift big and lift safely then hit Brogan up for help. We are all here to learn and trust me, I have never been able to lift these numbers so easily. It has been a great journey and I'm still going with my program. The best thing about my program is that I am slowly understanding that being able to lift heavy with comfort is the way to lift heavy weight, not with my ego because that's gonna break me. After just 6 weeks of training with Brogan, I went on to compete in my first ever Powerlifting Competition, in which I placed 1st in my weight class. He paid so much attention to me as a client, he was able to fix so many technical issues within my lifts in just under 6 weeks. Issues that I've battled with for years. One of those 'technical fixes' lead to a comfortable 15kg Deadlift PR on meet day. When compared to other trainers/coaches that I have come in contact with, Brogans approach to coaching/programming is still in my opinion the most effective. I enlisted in Brogan’s help after witnessing first-hand how much he helped and improved hubby’s strength training. I have always been fascinated with what the body does in terms of strength as opposed to what it looks like and have always wanted to try my hand at a power lifting competition. Certainly not built like a power lifter, I knew I needed a lot of help! Brogan has helped to identify areas of improvement in technique, mobility, flexibility and more importantly helped with injury prevention. He is very thorough, analytical, knowledgeable and honest! I started working with Brogan at the beginning of 2017. He made a program specifically tailored for me which was flexible enough to work around my work hours as well. At the beginning I really struggled with bad form and was always dealing with injuries, sometimes they would set me back for a few weeks. Brogan helped me to iron out all the problems. Before I could make weight PRs I had to focus on technique and was making a lot of progress in my technique which I count as PR’s. Since then I have added 40kgs to my squat and 20kgs to my deadlift. He’s a great coach and awesome teacher. Since working with Brogan I haven’t pulled or torn a muscle, In fact his program helped immensely with my rehab and I came back stronger.
